Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to utilize current and emerging technology efficiently.

This role is responsible for ensuring that healthcare services meet established standards of quality and regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting in the operational planning of quality assurance programs, systems, and processes.
  • Liaising between departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Developing, maintaining, and monitoring clinical indicators to inform Operational Performance Improvement (OPPE) initiatives.
  • Compiling and analyzing institutional dashboard indicators, JCIA library of measures, and departmental KPIs.
  • Conducting internal and external quality audits, compiling results, and implementing action plans.
  • Ensuring employees receive required training and facilitating Comprehensive Unit Based Safety programs.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Medicine or Nursing (MBBS/BSN)
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience, including 1 year in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to utilize current and emerging technology efficiently
