Linux Expert Role

This position involves working as a lead Linux administrator to develop highly available and scalable solutions for infrastructure management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure support and maintenance
  • Tuning and enhancing system performance
  • Automation of daily tasks
  • System deployment and configuration
  • Ensuring security and compliance
  • Application scalability and redundancy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5-6 years of Linux experience and minimum 5 years in cloud computing
  • Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (REHL) and Ubuntu
  • Enterprise Linux knowledge, including kernel tuning and OS monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with software project build automation and integration tools
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell (bash, ksh) and Python
  • Working knowledge of orchestration and configuration management tools
  • In-depth understanding of public cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • Good grasp of infrastructure and security services
  • Experience in containerized environments and Kubernetes clusters
  • Ability to provide guidance on infrastructure migration techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team management abilities
  • Capacity to communicate complex technical concepts
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements
