About the Role

In this high-profile Quality Lead position, you'll drive strategic initiatives to strengthen our quality management systems, build expert teams and foster a culture of innovation and growth.

Main Accountabilities
  • Strategically plan and direct quality assurance programs, including risk assessment, auditing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, communicate and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and organizational consistency.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members, promoting career advancement and skill-building opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on quality-related matters, offering informed guidance to stakeholders and supporting decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on quality performance indicators, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead special projects to drive process improvements, leveraging your network to bring together diverse teams and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices, integrating these insights into our quality management framework.
Key Requirements
  1. Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as engineering, science or business.
  2. Deep understanding of quality management principles and their practical application within regulated environments.
  3. Proven leadership and project management experience, preferably in quality assurance roles.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrate adaptability, creativity and resourcefulness when tackling complex challenges.
  6. Work effectively within fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure.
