About the Role

We're looking for a creative thinker who lives and breathes influencer marketing. As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you'll take the lead in building partnerships that feel real, deliver results, and represent our brand authentically.

You'll design and execute campaigns that align with our goals, discover and connect with influencers who get our voice and audience, manage relationships, contracts, and timelines with professionalism and heart, provide creative direction, and ensure on-brand content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions
  • Finding and collaborating with social media influencers who share our brand values
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, ensuring timely delivery of content and meeting project deadlines
  • Reviewing and approving influencer content to ensure it meets our branding standards
  • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience running influencer campaigns
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, creator trends, and emerging voices
  • An analytical mindset – you know how to read results and optimize accordingly
  • A creative spirit with a passion for digital storytelling
