Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee attendance records, processing full and final settlements, communicating HR policies, maintaining accurate records of compensation and benefits, and providing training and support to new and existing employees.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
