Sr. Inventory Manager

This position involves responsibility for managing inventory levels, supervising warehouse staff, and developing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.

  • Job Description:
  1. Manage inventory levels and implement procedures to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
  2. Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory levels and identify any discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control systems to track stock levels, manage reordering, and minimize waste.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
