Our organization seeks a seasoned software professional to drive the technical direction of large-scale projects. As a Senior Software Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping technology strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Own the architecture, design, and technical direction for large-scale projects
  • Lead technical reviews and ensure high-quality standards are met across projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals
  • Mentor engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence
  • Help identify and interview technical talent to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Embrace a consulting mindset to improve business processes through innovative solutions
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Act as a point of contact for technical issues

To excel in this role, you will require:

• 5+ years programming experience, with at least three years recent work in PHP 7/8

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Symfony (Doctrine, Twig, EventDispatcher, Console)

• Deep knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch

• SOLID principles and practical experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Experience building and maintaining API Gateways and integrating PSPs (Payment Service Providers)

• NoSQL Databases (MongoDB/Redis), testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Pest), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

• Strong experience managing development environments with Docker and Agile teams using Jira

• Experience working with Postman for API testing and knowledge of frontend frameworks (ReactJs, VueJS, or Angular)
