English Language Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated English language educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and be able to effectively communicate and engage with students of varying skill levels.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards. This will involve creating curriculum, designing assessments, and providing regular feedback to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with educational standards and meet the needs of diverse learners
  2. Teach students how to read, write, and speak in English with confidence and fluency
  3. Help students improve their grammar and vocabulary skills through targeted instruction and practice
  4. Establish a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation
  5. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their improvement
  6. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and address any concerns they may have
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field such as Linguistics or TESOL
  2. Proven experience teaching the English language to students of varying ages and proficiency levels
  3. Strong knowledge of English grammar rules and vocabulary, including phrasal verbs, idiomatic expressions, and collocations
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
  5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs and promote inclusive learning
  6. Patient, enthusiastic, and dedicated to student success, with a passion for education and a commitment to lifelong learning
