Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Development Specialist to lead our web development team.

This is a full-time, remote position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining our websites, ensuring they are responsive, efficient, and SEO-optimized.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Web Development: Handle all websites-related tasks such as developing, designing, monitoring, and upgrading user-friendly websites using modern web technologies.
  • Responsive Design: Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Server Management: Manage website hosting, domain, and server configurations as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug website issues to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • SEO Implementation: Implement SEO-related practices.
  • UI/UX Feasibility: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Performance Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements based on the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Website Developer or similar role.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or Python.
  • Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
  • Deep understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices and tools (like Google Analytics, Google Search Console), and experience with on-page SEO techniques.
  • A solid understanding of how websites work, including security, best development practices, and so on.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
