Social Media Strategist

At prg-pakistan, we seek a visionary Social Media Strategist to drive the development and execution of innovative social media strategies for our healthcare clients. This key role requires a marketer with exceptional leadership skills, creativity, and data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Design comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' goals, leveraging insights from market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Campaign Ideation and Execution: Develop creative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences in the healthcare industry, utilizing analytics tools to measure performance.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior social media marketers, fostering professional growth and providing feedback.
  • Calendar and Content Planning: Oversee the development and management of social media calendars, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Performance Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 4 years of professional experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of successful strategy execution.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to strategy development and execution.
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing, HIPAA compliance, and industry regulations is a significant advantage.
