Senior .NET Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our global technology company in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using .NET technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web-based application development, particularly in banking projects such as internet banking, CRM, loan origination applications, and will be proficient in leading teams and mentoring junior developers.

You will be working on various projects across regions, collaborating with project managers, developers, designers, and IS teams to develop, implement, and maintain corporate web sites and applications that adhere to brand standards and strategies.

  • Design and develop software applications using .NET technologies, including Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, LINQ, ASMX, IIS, WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET.
  • Leverage your expertise in .NET to lead the development team and mentor junior developers.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience in software development, preferably in .NET technologies.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related departments.
  • Proven experience in product development using Dot Net technologies (C#, ASP.Net, MVC, MVVM, SQL Server) and prior ATM/banking/financial services experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of database-driven environments, object-oriented programming (OOP), and mobile/tablet site development and testing.
  • Familiarity with TFS and source control, Agile methodologies, and experience with UI technologies like JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Angular JS, Knockout js, JSON, AJAX, XAML, Razor, Mocking Frameworks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
