Business Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a talented Growth Strategist to drive sales expansion and pursue new opportunities in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential daily projects on Upwork to fuel revenue growth.
- Create compelling proposals and SEO-optimized pitch decks to secure clients and boost conversion rates.
- Support search engine optimization efforts while designing engaging pitch decks and other graphics using AI tools.
- Meet or exceed bid-volume and response-rate targets, updating Google Sheets/CRM accordingly.
- Owning first-touch client communication and pricing strategy with Senior Bidder.
- Effectively convey project requirements to PM/dev teams.
Requirements:
- 6–12 months of proven bidding success on the Upwork platform.
- Proficient English language skills (written and verbal).
- A solid understanding of IT services.
- A portfolio of successful pitch decks or proposals that closed projects valued at over $5,000.
- Comfortable using AI writing/design tools and basic SEO principles.
