Job Opportunity: Hiring Expert

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to help us build a diverse and talented team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent.

Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, focusing on recent graduates and young professionals. You will utilize creative sourcing techniques to engage potential candidates and manage the interview and selection process efficiently.

As a Hiring Expert, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
