We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee all accounting transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
  2. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with financial policies and regulations.
  3. Reconcile accounts payable and invoices, maintaining good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  4. Ensure timely bank payments and compute taxes accurately, adhering to tax laws and regulations.
  5. Audit financial transactions and documents, verifying their accuracy and integrity.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of financial data, conducting database backups as necessary.
Requirements
  1. BSc in Accounting or Finance, or a relevant degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a multinational environment.
  3. Additional certifications (CPA or CMA) are highly valued.
  4. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations, including GAAP.
  5. Hands-on experience with accounting software, such as ERP, SAP, and QuickBooks.
  6. Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
  7. Experience with general ledger functions, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  8. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
