Loader Operator

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan.

Job Description:

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery used for loading materials onto trucks, trains, or other vehicles. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently load materials such as gravel, sand, and rocks onto vehicles according to specific instructions.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate various types of loaders to load materials onto vehicles
  • Read and interpret loading instructions and follow them accordingly
  • Ensure the quality of loaded materials meets the required standards
  • Maintain the loader equipment and report any malfunctions or damages
  • Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a loader operator is preferred but not required
  • The ability to operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner
  • Physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
