As a Support Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth by leading a global team of Customer Experience (CX) managers and overseeing more than 150 frontline customer support agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and lead CX managers
  • Oversee front line support agents
  • Develop CX metrics/KPIs
  • Establish reporting mechanisms
  • Lead complex projects and operational process improvement initiatives
  • Develop strategic plans for Consumer Operations growth and scale
  • Build and maintain a team culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly vendor business reviews to instill operational excellence across all tiers of support

Requirements:
  • 12+ years managing multi-level CX operations teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, frequent context switching
  • Emotionally intelligent with ability to gain buy-in from cross-functional partners
  • Scrappy and proactive with bias for action
  • Expert communicator with ultra-clear written and verbal communication
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and economic freedom through crypto and Web3
