Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Fulfillment vertical, you will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders in the freight market, strategically planning and managing logistics, transportation, and customer services.

You will manage and develop relationships with drivers & transporters to increase overall customer satisfaction, resolve any arising complaints and problems, and maintain metrics and analyze data to assess dispatches, city dispatch performance, and implement ideas for continuous improvement in the dispatches.

Liaison with shipper, internal and external stakeholders regarding dispatches and execute planning functions. Manage disbursement of transporter payments by close coordination with the finance department.
