Full Stack Developer Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer at our organization, you will play a key role in improving code quality, optimizing performance, and developing new features for our existing products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and fix performance bottlenecks, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.

To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of industry experience in MERN stack development, proficiency in RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines, and a passion for writing clean and efficient code.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and refactor existing products for better performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Develop new features using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and fix performance bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of industry experience in MERN stack development.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A problem-solver with a passion for writing clean and efficient code.
