Senior HVAC Technician Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations for various types of HVAC systems, including split ACs, ducted systems, floor standing units, package units, VRF/VRV, and chillers.
  • Lead the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems for clients across different industries.
  • Supervise junior technicians and helpers during on-site work, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits, documenting site work, testing, and handover reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians, while managing service requests and documenting all work performed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with HVAC software and tools used for diagnostics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
