We are seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to help clients across the USA grow by handling their B2B sales, marketing, and back-office operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reaching out to U.S.-based businesses, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and booking sales appointments. This is an on-site position with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).

Your primary task will be to generate interest, qualify prospects, and set up meetings for our clients. You will also use CRM tools to manage contacts, track progress, and update information regularly. Meeting weekly and monthly targets will be a critical aspect of your role.

To succeed in this position, you must have experience in B2B sales or cold calling. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential. A good understanding of B2B marketing and the ability to follow scripts and sales strategies is important.
