The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Associate Business Director in quantifying and measuring the success of our executions, delivering insights that enable us to innovate and improve our work.

In this role, you will be working with data tools to provide strategic solutions, supporting the Media teams in measuring and optimizing campaign performance and test results.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working on core KPIs and building relationships with internal stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for understanding business needs, solving problems using data, and translating data into business insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Associate Business Director in quantifying and measuring the success of our executions
  • Deliver insights that enable us to innovate and improve our work
  • Support the Media teams in measuring and optimizing campaign performance and test results
  • Develop skills and knowledge working on core KPIs
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Understand business needs and solve problems using data
  • Translate data into business insights and analysis
Requirements:
  • Natural affinity with numbers and analysis
  • Strong Excel / G-sheet skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Competent querying languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Ability to create dashboards on tools like Power Bi, Google Data Studio, Tableau
  • Familiarity with statistical modelling (e.g., seasonality, multi-touch attribution, etc.)
  • Familiarity with statistical / programming languages (e.g., Python, R)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in media/marketing data and analytics
