We are looking for a person with expertise in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or a related field such as B-Com & BS Accounting.

  • Strong understanding of basic accountancy principles
  • Proficient in recording all financial transactions using customized software.
  • Data verification and review, identifying deficiencies or errors, correcting any discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
  • Preparation of financial documents including invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Recovery of receivables from sales staff.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks.
  • Preparation and supervision of personal and corporation tax returns and accounts.
  • Communication of tax liabilities to clients and monitoring reminders.
  • Requesting tax return information from clients and reminding if necessary.
  • Finalization and review of client bookkeeping.
  • Preparation of monthly tax returns and generation of tax returns using tax software.

Candidates should have 2 – 3 years of work experience.
