Job Title: Digital Marketing and IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing and IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both IT and marketing, with excellent skills in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Strategizing and contributing to long-term marketing plans.
  • Developing and shaping a brand's voice and identity through compelling online marketing campaigns.
  • Maintaining digital media archives, including photos and videos.
  • Creatings and executing marketing campaigns to attract new customers.

The candidate will also be expected to:

  • Liaise with the internal management team to create and promote engaging blogs, advertisements, and social media content.
  • Identify new demographics or regions for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance reports using Google Analytics.
  • Enhance internet search rankings using SEO techniques.
  • Leading keyword research and optimization of content.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in WordPress website management.
  • Excellent designing and marketing skills demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
  • Proven record of SEO and SMM experience.

In addition, the candidate should have:

  • 1-2 years prior experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Good organization, planning, and creativity.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Superior time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in installing IT hardware and software.
  • Diagnose and resolve ongoing IT problems.
  • Help employees with basic computer needs, such as setting up new users and managing backup, security, and passwords.
