About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our AI team, responsible for ensuring our infrastructure scales efficiently and optimizes key product flows.

This role is critical in constructing resilient end-to-end systems, requiring expertise in state-of-the-art voice cloning and low latency text-to-speech technology.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in backend development using Python and be proficient in deploying high-availability applications on Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is essential, along with experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions for our text-to-speech infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product flows and ensure seamless system performance
  • Develop and deploy NLP and TTS models to production environments
Requirements
  • Proven experience in backend development: Python
  • Direct experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers
  • Efficiency in ideation and implementation, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
  • Proficiency in deploying high availability applications on Kubernetes
