We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our team as Staff and Teachers for the Main School.

Position Overview:
  • Prime Interviewer: Conduct interviews and register enrollments of new children, ensuring seamless communication with their parents.
  • Liaise with teachers to establish a comprehensive school environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Select and order resource materials that meet the needs of our students and staff.
  • Design and compile a curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of our students, promoting academic excellence.
  • Monitor and audit teacher plans on a regular basis, providing feedback and support to ensure high-quality instruction.
  • Lead staff meetings, promoting collaboration and open communication among team members.
  • Develop and implement educational workshops for parents and the community, enhancing their understanding of our programs and services.
  • Establish performance standards and measures to ensure continuous growth and professional development among staff.
  • Create an inclusive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and planning among staff members.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in any subject with a specialization in Education (B.Ed or M.Ed).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internal operational procedures is essential.
