As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire order fulfillment life cycle. This includes handling orders and customer complaints through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media.

You will also manage stock levels to ensure availability of inventory and provide regular reports on stock levels.

In addition, you will handle logistics issues in transit and suggest solutions in real-time. Your strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks and time will be valuable assets in this role.

You should have hands-on experience with tools like MS Excel and MS Word. You will also be responsible for managing social media tasks and preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for adding and editing product data as necessary, and ensuring that online listings are up-to-date on sites like eBay, Amazon, and Gumtree.
