**Supply Chain Leadership Role**

  • This leadership position oversees the entire supply chain, ensuring seamless operations and meeting quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain management, enhancing business efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.

**Production Oversight:

  • Supervise daily production activities to guarantee products meet quality expectations and are prepared efficiently.
  • Create and manage production schedules, ensuring all targets and deadlines are met.

**Logistics and Distribution:

  • Manage logistics operations, encompassing warehousing, distribution, and transportation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

**Financial Management:

  • Oversee financial aspects of supply chain and production, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality or efficiency.

**Compliance and Safety:

  • Evaluate supply chain and production activities against industry regulations and company policies, ensuring compliance and a safe working environment.

**Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and integrate best practices in supply chain and production operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating new technologies and methodologies where appropriate.

**Leadership and Communication:

  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals, utilizing strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

**Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time On-site (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: 9 hours (Flexible Working Hours)

A relevant degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior role, preferably within the food and beverage industry, is also required.
