Workforce Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Manager to oversee our Human Resources functions and drive business growth through strategic workforce planning. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective HR strategies, manage the recruitment process, provide training and development programs, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

1. HR Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive HR plan aligned with business objectives.
2. Recruitment Management: Coordinate the recruitment process, evaluate candidates, and make informed hiring decisions.
3. Training and Development: Deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
5. Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, HRITM, IT, BBA, or related field.
• Master's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and training.
