Job Title: Operations Leadership Role
About the Role:
This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations to ensure seamless employee life cycle management, policy compliance, and positive employee experiences. The successful candidate will lead core HR processes, employee relations, engagement & recognition initiatives, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition of new hires and departing employees.
- Organize and facilitate town halls, leadership forums, employee away days / team-building activities, and annual engagement events to boost connectivity & engagement.
- Analyze turnover trends and exit interviews; design initiatives to improve retention and morale.
- Promote company-wide compliance and a fair, ethical workplace culture by addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
- Design and implement programs to celebrate employee achievements and reinforce a culture of appreciation.
- Supervise the implementation, reporting, and policy adherence of attendance management systems.
- Review, update, and maintain HR policies to ensure relevance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary HR liaison to disseminate announcements and updates effectively.
- Lead HR initiatives, reporting, and special projects in collaboration with leadership to drive business strategies.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or above and at least 5 years of experience in a similar HR Operations role. Holding an HR Certification is highly desirable.
