About the Role

This position requires strong analytical skills, with a focus on designing solutions that optimize operations, enhance user experience, and improve overall efficiency.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI-based applications, including machine learning models, natural language processing tools, and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Implement algorithms and models to improve performance and scalability across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and software engineers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and enhance existing AI models.
  • Conduct research on advanced AI algorithms and technologies, evaluating their applicability to current projects.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Monitor model performance and iterate on design based on real-world feedback and data.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in AI or machine learning roles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision is a distinct advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deployment strategies.
