Senior Cloud Developer with AI Expertise

We are revolutionizing the SaaS landscape by integrating cutting-edge AI technology into our HRTech platform. As a Senior Cloud Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building scalable and high-performance applications using modern technologies such as Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS/ShadCN/Radix UI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk SaaS Development: Design and develop robust cloud-based apps leveraging Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Backend & Data Architecture: Craft data models and collaborate with Supabase, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM to implement efficient row-level security (RLS) and integrate pgvector for AI-powered search. Utilize Redis for caching and sessions.
  • Authentication & Multi-Tenancy: Engineer secure auth systems with OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, SSO/SAML to support multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
  • AI/ML Integrations: Leverage OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace to create intelligent recruiting workflows. Work with RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, NLP (spaCy/NLTK) for parsing and recommendations.
  • Infrastructure & DevOps: Deploy cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Vercel/Netlify. Automate with CI/CD pipelines and monitor using Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana. Implement SaaS essentials like payments and analytics (Stripe, feature flagging, PostHog/Segment/Amplitude).
  • Security & Compliance: Develop solutions with GDPR, SOC2 in mind to ensure data encryption and secure storage.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-stack development for SaaS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript.
  • Experience designing APIs and integrating databases at scale.
  • Understanding of multi-tenancy, authentication, and security best practices.
  • Exposure to AI/ML APIs or a strong interest in building AI-first applications.
