Job Summary:

Dmk Consultancy International is seeking a Duty Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service at their retail stores in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and experience in managing retail teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate store activities to meet business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide training and coaching to retail staff

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Master's Degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in Retail Management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
