**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team.

  • This role will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of factories in the supply chain to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day subject-related activities, collaborate with Better Work factories to ensure quality reporting, and work with the Global Compliance team to maintain up-to-date factory brand approvals.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills and be able to effectively communicate with factories to ensure timely completion of factory CAP due dates in the system.
Responsibilities

Audit Factories

The Compliance Specialist will conduct regular audits of factories in the supply chain to identify areas of non-compliance and provide recommendations for improvement. This will involve reviewing factory documentation, inspecting facilities, and interviewing factory staff.

Quality Reporting

The Compliance Specialist will work closely with Better Work factories to ensure that quality reporting is accurate and complete. This will involve providing training to factory staff on quality reporting procedures and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Factory Approvals

The Compliance Specialist will work with the Global Compliance team to maintain up-to-date factory brand approvals. This will involve communicating regularly with factories to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Timely Completion of Factory CAP Due Dates

The Compliance Specialist will work with factories to ensure that all CAP due dates are completed in a timely manner. This will involve communicating regularly with factory staff to ensure that all necessary information is provided and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.

Investigating Complaints from Factory Workers

The Compliance Specialist will investigate any complaints received from factory workers and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. This may involve working with factory management to address any systemic issues and providing support to affected workers.
