
Regional Sales Director

**Job Purpose:**
To drive business expansion across assigned territories by fostering strong relationships with distributors and implementing a strategic sales approach to achieve predefined targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and Sales Support team to contribute to the development of a route-to-market strategy for key customers.
- Establish specific targets for key accounts within allocated regions and conduct regular meetings with customers to track, monitor, and report on performance against agreed-upon targets.
- Work with customers to identify product-related or sales-related issues and provide feedback to internal teams as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers to assist in resolving issues and collecting payments, and ensure timely delivery of products through close coordination with logistics teams.
- Conduct store visits to verify stock levels and product expiry dates, ensuring the availability of high-quality products in the market.
- **Build Strong Business Relationships with Key Customers Across Allocated Regions.**
- Identify and expand presence in underserved markets through market intelligence analysis.
- Provide detailed feedback to the BDM, Quality Improvement and Research Department, and Marketing team regarding the performance of new and existing product categories or any product-related issues that may arise in the region.
- Monitor, track, and report on actual spend for allocated regions, highlighting any variances against allocated regional budgets.
- Attend regular reviews with the BDM to discuss actual sales versus allocated targets and address any issues hindering the achievement of agreed-upon targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor performance, and evolving consumer preferences.
- Prepare and submit regular management sales reports for allocated regions.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.
