We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D designer/animator to join our team. This role requires creating stunning 3D models and animations that contribute to gaming and multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality 3D models and animations for characters, environments, and props by utilizing advanced software skills and techniques.
  • Develop and implement animations using various techniques to ensure fluid and lifelike movement, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and artists to understand project requirements, deliver creative solutions, and optimize 3D models and animations for performance across multiple platforms.
  • Modify and refine existing assets based on feedback to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to project goals.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in visual arts and design principles.
  • Possess a minimum of three years of experience in 3D modeling and animation, showcasing expertise in industry-standard software and technologies.
  • Be proficient in Blender, Cinema 4D, or other related software, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
  • Have a solid understanding of materials, texturing, and rendering processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world projects.
  • Be able to 3D model various products and accessories from static photos and measurements, and create high-quality, photorealistic renderings that meet client expectations.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of animation principles and character rigging, with the ability to apply these concepts in complex projects.
  • Have experience with texture mapping, lighting, and rendering, with a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for visual storytelling.
  • Present an excellent portfolio that demonstrates your 3D design and animation skills, showcasing your ability to bring creative visions to life.
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering open communication and a positive attitude towards feedback and constructive criticism.
