Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Manage Live Chat Channels: Ensure seamless communication across various platforms.
  • Maintain High Response Rate and Customer Satisfaction Score: Provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Create Canned Responses and Templates: Streamline FAQs and product/service queries.
  • Optimize Scripts and Improve Engagement: Use chat analytics to enhance customer interactions.
  • Maintain Documentation: Record chat flows, response scripts, and agent SOPs.
  • Ensure Correct Functioning of Chatbots: Improve customer journeys.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: As a Chat Manager, Support Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written English skills.
  • CMS and CRM Systems: Experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
