Lead Digital Marketing Strategist

CureMD seeks an experienced Lead Digital Marketing Strategist to drive the development and execution of its global digital marketing strategy. This strategic role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, overseeing campaign planning and execution, and developing data-driven strategies that enhance online presence, generate high-quality leads, and strengthen brand recognition.

  • Develop and lead a forward-thinking, data-driven digital marketing strategy to significantly boost online traffic, increase conversion rates, and elevate brand visibility.
  • Oversee performance-driven campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social platforms, and content.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent brand messaging across digital initiatives.
  • Drive full-funnel campaign strategies from ideation to execution, optimizing both organic and paid media across platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and AI-driven marketing solutions for data-backed decision-making.
Requirements

For this position, we are seeking a highly motivated professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or advanced certifications in digital marketing preferred.
  • 10 - 12 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, campaign management, email automation, and brand development.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong project leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive complex, multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution.
