About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer to work closely with senior DevOps engineers and development teams to maintain and enhance our CI/CD pipelines, ensure system reliability, and streamline cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot development, staging, and production environments.
  • Help with infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless code integration and deployments.
  • Participate in code and infrastructure reviews to maintain security and performance standards.
  • Maintain system documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing practices.
  • Provide basic support for containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of Linux/Unix-based systems and basic shell scripting.
  • Willingness to learn configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
