User-Centric Website Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled User-Centric Website Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing web experiences that are user-friendly, well-functioning, and meet compliance standards.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Implementing web experiences that meet compliance standards">
  • Coordinating, authoring, and launching website content through a CMS">
  • Identifying and improving processes for efficiency, risk mitigation, or quality improvements">
  • Training stakeholders on pages with self-serve publishing capabilities">
  • Managing QA to ensure comprehensive test plans are in place for all site updates">
  • Site audits with timely follow-up to resolve issues">
  • Liaising with the web engineering team to support the deployment of new features, reporting and tracking website bugs or problems, and quality control testing">
  • Supporting other web development and production tasks as necessary">

Requirements:

">

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Web Producer / Content Publisher in a professional work environment. They will also have knowledge of front-end technologies, including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5, as well as experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector, Firebug, and Lighthouse.

Additionally, they will have fluency with content management systems like WordPress and a strong understanding of website best practices, including A/B Testing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, SEO, Social Media Content, and Ads Management.

They will be highly communicative, written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate between Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Product teams.
