\Senior Product Delivery Expert\

The Senior Product Delivery Expert is a seasoned professional responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of complex AI agent systems for enterprise clients. This role involves taking operational challenges and delivering fully executed workflows from discovery to deployment.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Owns the entire delivery process of AI agent systems, including SOP breakdown, technical requirements gathering, and live deployment.\
  • Interfaces directly with client operations and product stakeholders to clarify use cases, gather requirements, and manage delivery expectations.\
  • Converts ambiguous client SOPs into structured workflows, product specs, and execution plans.\
  • Collaborates tightly with engineers to design and ship automation-ready solutions.\
  • Leads implementation processes, including scoping, change management, UAT, and feedback integration.\
  • Anticipates risks, misalignments, and process breakdowns—and solves them before they impact delivery.\
  • Balances near-term client priorities with long-term platform scalability.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

\Requirements:\
  • 6+ years of experience in product, solutions, or client delivery roles—with a proven track record of working with external clients or partners to deploy complex systems.\
  • Experience owning delivery of B2B or enterprise software products or services; startup experience or entrepreneurial environments preferred.\
  • Hands-on experience translating operational SOPs into structured workflows or software features.\
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure, with limited oversight and shifting priorities.\
  • Proficient with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.\
  • Comfortable building basic operational forecasts (e.g., time savings, resource allocation, deployment timelines) using Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable.\
  • Able to perform light data analysis to support decision-making and uncover process improvements.\
  • Familiarity with modern workflow tools, APIs, and AI/automation ecosystems.
