We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Visa Application Center Manager to lead our visa department in Islamabad.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 5-6 years of experience in a reputable organization, with excellent communication and MS Office skills. A pleasant personality and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.

We welcome applicants who reside in Islamabad, with a preference for those with past experience in team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with all departments of the VAC, ensuring compliance with prescribed systems, and responding to applicant inquiries or complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with all departments of the VAC to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Respond to applicant queries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain compliance with prescribed systems as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  3. Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Residency in Islamabad.
  5. Past experience in team management and leadership.
  6. Ability to provide timely reporting and updates to the line manager.
