  • Design and develop high-quality 3D models of environments, props, game assets, characters, and other elements based on concept art, references, or specific requirements.
  • Apply textures, materials, and shaders to 3D models to enhance their appearance and realism.
  • Bring objects and environments to life through captivating and smooth animations, including keyframe animation, motion capture, and procedural techniques.
  • Set up lighting and rendering systems to achieve desired visual effects.
  • Work closely with artists, designers, and other team members to ensure artistic and technical goals are met while maintaining project deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues related to 3D models, animations, and their implementation.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in 3D modeling and animation, and contribute to the development of new tools, workflows, and pipeline improvements.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation. Showcase your ability to create realistic environments and animations.

You will need expertise in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Unreal Engine, or equivalent, with a deep understanding of modeling, texturing, and animation tools and workflows.

A solid understanding of principles of animation, including timing, weight, and movement, and the ability to create compelling and believable animations.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with artists, designers, and other team members.

Strong eye for detail and the ability to match the artistic vision and style of a project.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D modeling, animation, and their integration into real-time or offline rendering systems.

A passion for pushing the boundaries of 3D modeling and animation, and a desire to explore new techniques and tools.

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
