Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Packaging Sales Expert: Developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals, handling client communications via email, calls, and virtual meetings, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, collaborating with the design and production team to meet client requirements.
  • SEO & Google Ads Specialist: Performing website audits, keyword research, and on-page/off-page SEO, setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), analyzing performance reports and delivering actionable insights, keeping up-to-date with SEO and PPC trends, tools, and best practices, collaborating with the development and content writing team to get maximum results.
  • Content Writer: Writing website content, product descriptions, blog posts, email templates, and social media captions, developing case studies, sales copy, and marketing content for various platforms, ensuring all content aligns with SEO strategies and brand guidelines.
  • Packaging Designer: Developing creative packaging concepts based on client requirements, preparing die-lines and print-ready files, coordinating with the sales and production team for revisions and approvals, staying updated with packaging trends, materials, and market preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Packaging Sales Expert: 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in the packaging industry, strong negotiation and client handling skills, strong knowledge of the packaging industry and custom cardboard boxes, ability to work independently under night shift timings.
  • SEO & Google Ads Specialist: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO & PPC within the packaging sector, proven track record of managing international campaigns, strong analytical and reporting skills, knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs preferred.
  • Content Writer: 3-5 years of professional writing experience in the packaging industry, excellent command of English grammar, tone, and business writing, ability to research and write on packaging trends and solutions.
  • Packaging Designer: 3-5 years of experience in packaging design, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and packaging mockup tools, strong portfolio of packaging projects for international markets, understanding of US packaging styles, box structures, and branding aesthetics.
