We are seeking an Organizational Performance Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing organization that specializes in CRM & AI solutions.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to strengthen company culture and improve employee engagement frameworks. As a specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assess our current systems, recommend performance improvement initiatives, and help design scalable processes that align with our growth goals.

You will work closely with our leadership and HR teams to develop and implement programs that drive motivation, accountability, and high performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our organizational development strategy and ensuring we maintain a strong culture as we scale.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate our existing culture and management systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Develop actionable strategies to increase employee motivation, accountability, and performance across a remote workforce.
  • Design onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel connected to the team from day one and build personal growth plans for our team members.
  • Create performance frameworks for reviews, goal-setting, and feedback systems.
  • Advise on long-term organizational design strategies to ensure we maintain a strong culture and performance-driven environment at every stage.
Experience and Skills
  • A proven track record in organizational culture development, performance systems, or HR strategy in a high-growth environment.
  • A deep understanding of employee engagement frameworks, onboarding best practices, performance review systems, and personal growth plans.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a partially remote team.
  • Experience working as a consultant or advisor, able to quickly assess, advise, and implement systems with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Project Details
  • Initial Project: ~20-30 hours/week for 2 months
  • Hours: Flexible schedule with core hours between 6 pm – 2 am M-F
