Key Responsibilities:
  1. Communication and Collaboration: Foster open and transparent communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Sales and Negotiation: Utilize negotiation skills to close sales agreements and meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
  5. Performance Review: Evaluate and aim to meet or exceed sales targets by analyzing performance data and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  6. Customer Understanding: Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements to provide tailored solutions and services.
Requirements and Skills:
  1. Education: Intermediate to Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  3. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred, but not required.
  4. Problem-Solving and Analysis: Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  5. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and external stakeholders.
  6. Work Ethic and Initiative: Strong work ethic and willingness to take the initiative to drive results and achieve goals.
  7. Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  8. Multitasking and Time Management: Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize, with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
