About the Role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Management Office (PMO) in managing and delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will assist in organizing project activities, coordinating across departments, maintaining project schedules, collecting and preparing project updates and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders. This role is essential to help drive the successful execution of projects aligned with business priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and the PMO to coordinate and track day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business goals.
  • Maintain and update detailed project schedules, task trackers, and dashboards to provide clear visibility of project status to all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the central point of communication for project teams, ensuring timely dissemination of updates, meeting outcomes, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for project meetings, including agendas, minutes, status reports, and decision logs, ensuring accurate documentation and accountability.
  • Monitor task completion and proactively follow up with responsible team members to address delays and mitigate risks.
  • Update and maintain Jira boards with accurate status, progress indicators, milestones, and risk flags.
  • Assist in compiling and analysing project data to support PMO reporting on performance, timelines, and resource utilization.
  • Support risk and issue management by helping track, document, and escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
  • Uphold PMO governance standards by ensuring all teams follow standardized documentation, templates, and reporting protocols.
  • Maintain a well-organized digital repository of project documentation that is audit-ready and accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to coordination processes.
