IT Release Coordinator

We're looking for a seasoned Product Release Manager to collaborate effectively in our Agile environment. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of scrum principles and facilitating self-management while promoting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Promote agile software development methodologies and values within the team.
- Develop and implement effective release management processes.
- Ensure timely promotion and deployment of software to production environments.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify and resolve impediments.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in Release Management/SQA in software development or infrastructure projects.
- In-depth understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and technical skills, with experience setting customer expectations under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.
- Experience with Agile Scrum, with at least 3 years of involvement.
- Passion for release management, build management, and change management.
- Ability to troubleshoot, manage time effectively, and meet schedules and deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
