Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to lead complex IT projects within our organization. As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in project management within an IT environment is essential, with a strong track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana, is preferred.
Technical Competencies:
  • A strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and cloud technologies is required.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks or other IT governance methodologies is a plus.
