Job Description:

As an Office Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the CEO of Anam Weaving Mills. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the office, including managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.

Main Tasks:

  1. Establish and maintain efficient office procedures, guaranteeing optimal performance;
  2. Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodations, and meetings for the CEO;
  3. Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and requests, utilizing your discretion when necessary;
  4. Welcome and assist visitors, embodying the company's values and professionalism;
  5. Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling appointments and meetings;
  6. Handle incoming communications, such as emails, faxes, and mail, often drafting responses on behalf of the CEO;
  7. Conduct research and present findings to support business goals;
  8. Create high-quality documents, reports, and presentations;
  9. Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings and events;
  10. Buuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
