Streamline Operations and Automate Systems

Are you passionate about optimizing workflows, building automation, and finding smarter ways to get things done?

  • You'll work closely with different department leads to understand and enhance processes.
  • You'll document and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when new processes are launched or existing ones need updating.
  • You'll build and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier.
  • You'll troubleshoot and optimize existing automations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • You'll organize and maintain documentation of automations per department.
  • You'll offer onboarding and admin support within the Business Operations team.

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot backend (automations, object/data management) and Zapier (creating and refining workflows).

  • Experience with Google Workspace—especially Google Sheets—is also a plus.
  • The successful candidate will be naturally curious, eager to learn new tools, and always looking for better ways to do things.
  • Able to break down complex processes and communicate clearly is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot backend (automations, object/data management)
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Zapier (creating and refining workflows)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace—especially Google Sheets
